What transparent pricing means here
Transparency is not a promise that every date costs the same amount. It means the customer should be able to see what the starting price represents and which booking-specific items can change the final total. Dates, duration, car type, automatic availability, insurance, delivery and one-way logistics are separated rather than blurred into one headline.
The written quote is the final booking-specific reference. It should show the requested vehicle type, pickup/return points, insurance choice and any location charge that applies.
What we confirm clearly before you book
Chania-based service
Rethymno and Heraklion are supported delivery and one-way service points from the Chania base; they are not presented as branch offices.
Written confirmation
Availability, vehicle type, insurance choice and any route or delivery fee are confirmed in writing before collection.
Exact model or similar
Peugeot 108, Yaris, Polo, Doblò and other model references describe the requested type; “or similar” remains meaningful.
Deposit and excess are explained separately
No blocked security deposit does not automatically mean zero excess. CDW and FDW are explained separately.

CDW is included; optional FDW +€12/day can be requested for zero excess on covered damage.
4. Receive the booking-specific answer
Availability, total price and any delivery/one-way logistics are confirmed before the rental is final.

Chania is the base. Chania Airport, Chania city/Old Town, hotels and villas, Souda Port and west/east Chania accommodation areas are core pickup/return contexts. Rethymno, Heraklion Airport and Heraklion Port can be requested as supported delivery or one-way locations, subject to scheduling and availability.

They describe the requested vehicle type. An exact model is only guaranteed when specifically confirmed.
Is basic insurance included?
Yes. Basic CDW is included in the rental rate.
What is FDW?
Optional FDW is +€12/day and reduces the excess to zero for covered damage, subject to exclusions.
Is a credit-card deposit blocked?
No rental security deposit is blocked on a credit card.
Can I request a direct quote without an account?

Can I request one-way return in Heraklion?
